Co-located with the 11th Annual Meeting of Center of Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization and the Regional Conference in Electrical Engineering 2015

Conference Theme: Enabling and Empowering Engineering in Food and Nutrition Security

The Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT), a consortium of eight member universities in the Philippines invites you to submit paper for presentation at the 11th ERDT Conference on November 16-17, 2015. The 11th ERDT Conference serves as a venue where researchers and professionals from the academe, government agencies and industry present their current research and projects and conduct networking among peers and strengthen their collaborative linkages. This year, the 11th ERDT Conference is colocated with the 11th Annual Meeting of Center of Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization (CSAM) and the Regional Conference in Electrical Engineering 2015.
The 11th ERDT Conference covers a wide range of multi-disciplinary topics that include (but not limited to):
1. Energy Track
2. Environment and Infrastructure Track
3. Semiconductor and Electronics Track
4. Information and Communications Technology Track
5. Manufacturing and Machinery Track

This year, we have added a track on Agriculture and Technology as one of the conference tracks.There will be technical sessions and plenary lectures with special focus on the conference theme with topics such as but not limited to:
- Food Engineering and Food Security
- Agricultural Mechanization and Smart Farming
- Agricultural Management
- Agriculture and the Environment

Country Report Presentations from the CSAM (Center of Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization) member countries will be available to all participants of these joint conferences.

Notification of Acceptance of Abstract and Two Page Extended Abstract

 
The notification of the acceptance of abstract is already released as of August 8, 2015. We apologize for the delay in the notification.

For those whose abstract is accepted for presentation at these joint conferences, please take note that a two-page extended abstract is needed for the conference proceedings. The deadline for the two-page abstract is August 20, 2015. Please submit the extended abstract via submissions to this conference website.

The extended abstract will be reviewed by the editorial board and the reviewer's comments will be sent to the corresponding author by August 31, 2014.

After which, please send the "revised two page extended abstract" by September 14, 2015 following the schedule of submissions.

Submissions of Papers for Semicon and Electronics and ICT Tracks

 
Papers on ERDT Semicon & Electronics and ICT tracks must be submitted to the 8th AUN/SEED-Net Regional Conference on Electronics and Electrical Engineering via email to RCEEE2015submit@eee.upd.edu.ph

Please take note that the dates of submission and process of review (including dates) are slightly different with the 11th ERDT Conference "Important Dates"

8th AUN/SEED-Net Regional Conference on Electronics and Electrical Engineering
November 16-17, 2015

The Regional Conferences (RC) of the AUN/SEED-Net Program is a regular and active platform for University Researchers, Professors and Graduate Students of different Universities in the ASEAN Region and Japan to share their latest research towards exploring collaboration and cooperation in addressing regional and global issues. In line with enhancing the impact and maximizing the reach of the AUN/SEED-Net Network, the Regional Conferences are expected to engage and foster interaction with external participants, including representatives from the government, industry, community, non-MIs, and other professional organizations.
In 2015, the 8th Regional Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering (RCEEE) will be hosted by the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute, College of Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman and will be held in conjunction with the 11th Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) Conference. The 8th RCEEE and the 11th ERDT Conference will be held in Metro Manila on Nov 16-17, 2015.
